What you will enjoy doing
  • You will be responsible for leading sales and operational performance across hardgoods field sales, telephone sales, orders and enquiries teams
  • Working with senior stakeholders to develop customer relationships and support contract and pricing negotiations
  • You will manage our two largest hardgoods customers with a combined value of approximately £3.6 million
  • As well as acting as a key agent for change by developing, implementing and driving business continuity planning, salesforce governance and process excellence
  • You will provide regular in-person field sales coaching and capability development to strengthen team performance
  • This role will collaborate with product management, marketing and Packaged Gas Products sales teams to optimise hardgoods strategy and deliver profitable growth
