We are looking for a creative and motivated sales executive to lead our company’s growth activities. As the front‑line representative of our products, you will interact with prospective customers and cultivate existing relationships to increase sales. Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans targeting new business prospects in designated regions or industries.
- Generate leads and increase market presence through proactive outside sales activities such as cold calling, in‑person meetings, and networking.
- Manage current accounts by understanding client needs, delivering outstanding care, and identifying upsell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Provide technical sales presentations and tailored product demos that highlight client value propositions.
- Track leads, analyze sales data, and continuously improve using CRM software like Salesforce.
- Negotiate mutually advantageous agreements that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities and optimize territory management effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity, customer interactions, and follow‑up actions to ensure smooth account management.
- Collect client feedback on product features or service enhancements to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B or outside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management and negotiation skills, capable of closing complex deals.
- Proficiency in account and territory management techniques and business development.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and evaluating KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver technical presentations and product demos.
- Proficient in lead‑generating strategies including networking events, cold calling, and direct sales tactics.
- Understanding of marketing concepts related to customer engagement and sales enablement.
- Ability to assess consumer input and market data to identify growth prospects and refine sales strategies.
