Salary: £26,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (average £500/month)

The Role

Do you enjoy making connections and having conversations that matter? Can you bring energy and enthusiasm to every call, even without a background in sales? Join one of Europe’s leading collectables companies at our expanding Newcastle contact centre. We’re looking for confident, friendly individuals to join our outbound sales team as Sales Advisors.

You’ll be speaking with former and existing customers, reintroducing them to our latest collectable products. Your goal is to build a genuine connection, understand what interests them, and offer something they’ll love.

During the Sales Academy (1–3 months), you’ll work a rotating schedule covering 9am–8pm (Mon–Fri) and 10am–4pm (Sat). Once completed, you’ll have full control over your working hours with our Fully Flexible system.
