We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive or Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in Ruby’s ambitious growth plans. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or someone looking to take the next step in their career, this role offers exciting opportunities for growth and development.
As part of the sales team, you’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, exceptional customer service and helping customers find the best products for their needs. A key part of your role will be providing quality industry knowledge and detailed technical product information to ensure customers have all the information they need for a smooth and confident transaction. For candidates with managerial experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor team members, contribute to strategic sales planning, and lead key growth initiatives.
Full‑time role: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Ability to commute to the office.
Job Type: Full‑time.
Pay: £28,000.00‑£40,000.00 per year.
Additional pay: Yearly bonus, company pension, free parking, on‑site parking.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Overtime.
Weekend availability.
Relocation: Highampton, EX21 5LX – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
