About the Role

As a leader you will build, develop, and lead a pod of SDRs to overachieve. Responsibilities
  • Lead a high‑performing SDR team with energy, presence, and urgency.
  • Coach SDRs daily on talk tracks, objection handling, prospecting craft, and execution.
  • Build a culture of accountability, competition, and pride in excellence.
  • Own outbound pipeline generation and consistently beat targets.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to evolve strategy and refine process.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional talent.
