While you’ll qualify inbound and marketing-generated interest, the majority of your success will come from disciplined, targeted outbound prospecting into named accounts.You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, uncover new opportunities, and support the growth of existing customers. This role is best suited to someone who already understands the demands of an SDR role and is motivated to take the next step toward becoming an Account Executive.This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in our London office.### **What You’ll Do:*** Generate qualified pipeline through a 30/70 mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting* Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound activity (calls, emails, social) into strategic accounts* Conduct strong discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges and qualify opportunities* Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account mapping, and deal strategy* Manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment* Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting data in Salesforce* Consistently work toward and exceed targets for meetings, pipeline, and revenue influence### **What We’re Looking For:*** 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in B2B SaaS or enterprise software* A clear, compelling “why” for being in sales and progressing toward an AE role* Strong work ethic with a will to win and comfort with high activity levels* Proven ability to succeed in outbound-led roles (50+ calls per day)* Consultative mindset with strong discovery and qualification skills* Resilience and persistence — you handle rejection, objections, and pressure well* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Highly organised, self-directed, and coachable### **Nice to Have:*** Experience selling or prospecting analytics, data, BI, or enterprise software* Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools* Evidence of consistent quota or target overachievement### **Career Progression:**This role is designed for SDRs who want to earn their progression into a closing role.
