Job description

Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Order Desk Coordinator to join the Operations team.

Working as part of a small team, looking after both UK and International Customers, the job holder will be responsible for managing the Customer Orders from receipt to despatch.

Role:
  • To provide the initial contact for Customer Sales Order queries, whilst ensuring responses are professional and timely.
  • Process and enter Customer Orders within a measurable turn around time, and with the highest levels of administrative accuracy. Ensure Software and Encryption requirements are clearly understood and loaded.
  • Monitor delivery commitments to Customers and progress any orders which are at risk of not meeting promised dates. Proactively inform Customers and Sales Mgmt. of any potential delinquencies.
  • Provide Radio K/TEI information to Customers as required. Administer Radio Manager/Gateway Licence agreements.
  • This will involve communication with many internal Departments – Production/Purchasing/Logistics/Technical Support etc. to ensure any queries or problems with Orders are smoothly dealt with.

Day to Day:

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business. Order Desk activities you will be responsible for include:

  • Loading sales orders onto the business (ERP) system
  • Processing despatch notes
  • Calculating delivery dates
  • Processing delivery confirmations for customers
  • Communicating with customers to respond to delivery queries
  • Working with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to resolve supply issues
  • Working with team members to maintain customer service targets / balance workload

Security Clearance will be required for this role.
