Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

APS Security is looking to recruit an experienced East Midlands based Sales Consultant to join our growing team. About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant at APS Security, you will:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through warm and cold calls, networking, and referrals

Conduct site surveys and prepare tailored proposals and quotations

Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs

Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM software

Follow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay up to date with market trends, industry standards, and product knowledge

Collaborate with the wider sales team and management to support company goals

About You:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry, with a history of achieving sales targets

Knowledge: System design understanding is essential, with awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, and Galaxy products

Skills: Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and account management abilities

Location: Based in the East Midlands, with flexibility to travel to client sites

Attitude: Confident, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for providing the right solution

Other: Full UK driving licence required
