The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Cheltenham store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 26 hours per week on a 2‑month fixed‑term contract until January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Use a personalized selling approach, seeing the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
  • Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
