Ready to take your clinical expertise into a commercial career? We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support our surgical portfolio and partner with leading healthcare teams across the region.
This role is a great fit for candidates with 1–3 years of clinical experience—especially those familiar with surgical workflows, operating theatres, perioperative pathways, or medical device use—who are looking to build a future in surgical sales.
Partner with Area Sales Managers to support sales performance across the territory
Assist with in-theatre product demonstrations and case support
Deliver product education and training to surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams
Build and maintain strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams
Gather clinical insights to help refine and enhance product offerings
Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations
Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric training sessions, and industry events
1–3 years’ clinical experience—ideally in theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care
Confident communicator able to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders
Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and emerging technologies
Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments
Full UK driving licence
