A leading lifestyle brand in Leeds is seeking a Sales Associate to achieve store sales goals, engage customers, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Candidates should have a passion for customer service, be self-motivated, and ready to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. This is a full-time entry-level role with opportunities to grow within the company.

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the standard of the ALO experience & Brand Mission. They create an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and by teaching customers about our community and culture. The Sales Associate is an expert in all facets of product knowledge—features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care—and thrives working on a team while embracing a culture of feedback and excellence.
Full‑time associates are expected to work 32–40 hours per week, with 100% of their work week on the sales floor. They must be willing to work a flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to meet the needs of the business, which may change.
