Overview

Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or full-time to join our team in Bicester Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

Qualifications

• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus
• Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
