• Build trusted product knowledge through expert training and hands‑on experience to offer reliable advice.
• Learn and deliver specialist services such as gait analysis, boot fitting and rucksack fitting, with full training provided.
• Keep shelves tidy, products easy to see, and the stockroom neat and organised to help the store run smoothly.
• Work as part of a flexible team, with weekend shifts included to meet customer needs.
