As a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will deliver high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Your role includes optimising sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist patients in selecting eyewear, educate them on care and maintenance, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
