Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE realistic £30,000 - £40,000)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website
• Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
• Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
• Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first‑class experience
• Administration, putting detailed proposals together to send over to customers
