A leading rural property consultancy is seeking a qualified Chartered Surveyor for their Rural Agency Team in Cambridge. This role involves managing rural agency transactions, providing strategic advice to landowners and farmers, and conducting comprehensive marketing for assets. The consultancy aims to support growth-minded professionals, fostering a balanced workplace with opportunities for career progression. Experience in the rural sector or agency background is desired. A Driving Licence is essential, and hybrid working is available.
Salary range: £35,000 – £55,000 (Subject to experience level) + Car allowance + Bonus

Carter Jonas are open to all different types of experience, whether you are just qualified or 20+ years’ experience, there’s a place for you! Pay and packages will be tailored to your experience level.
New to the rural sector? No problem! Carter Jonas are open to candidates from outside traditional rural work, including those with specialist or sector-focused experience, who are looking to relocate or refocus into rural agency.
