Job summary

An education organization in London seeks an enthusiastic EFL Summer School Teacher to teach General English classes to young learners aged 7-15. This range is provided by Rose of York Education Group, London. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range
  • Teach General English classes to young learners (7‑17 year‑olds) in the morning
  • Lead afternoon activities for the same group, taking them around London following a set programme (if required)
  • Accompany the students on Saturday excursions (if required)

We have full‑time summer positions for dynamic and enthusiastic CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL qualified teachers to join our team from 24 June 2024.

Responsibilities
  • Teach General English classes to young learners (7‑11 or 12‑15 year‑olds) in the mornings
  • Lead afternoon activities for the same group of students, taking them around London, following a set programme
  • Possible opportunity to accompany students on Saturday excursions (if required)
Requirements
  • CERTA (CELTA/Trinity TESOL or equivalent)
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Current enhanced DBS check
  • Native or proficient user of English
  • At least 1 year teaching experience
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Pass safety checks and provide two positive references (required)
