We are a high‑performing national roadside assistance team looking for enthusiastic, personable, and driven individuals to join us. You will be fully trained to provide first‑class service, ensuring our customers can get back on the road safely and in a timely fashion. Starting from your home, you will drive a fully equipped van to deliver exceptional roadside support.

You will ensure that our customers receive an excellent service highlighting our roadside assistance service as the best in class. Our roadside repair technicians are empowered to take ownership of each assistance job, making the most appropriate decisions for each customer so they can continue their journey as quickly as possible.

They say variety is the spice of life and there is no shortage of variety in this role! You will use your excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to repair the vehicle on scene with various technologies and diagnostic systems. If necessary, you will undertake or arrange recovery of the vehicle when it requires dealer workshop attention. In short, you will make the best relevant decisions for each customer to keep them on the road. No two days are the same!

Salary

• £42,000 plus per annum
• £8,000 bonus
• Plus a guaranteed additional £3,000 bonus within the first 12 months
• £55,000 achievable OTE
• Additional rewards & bonuses, including the prestigious “Technician of the Year”
• Top performers achieving north of £60,000

Hours & Shifts

• No working overnight or 12‑hour shifts. Our shifts average a 42.75‑hour working week between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Start times are regular each week, alternating between 7 am and 11 am, giving you two weekends off per month and you are notified 12 months in advance, so you can manage your work‑life balance.
• You can start a little earlier or finish a little later. You will be paid a generous overtime rate.
• Working a bank holiday? We provide a bank holiday financial supplement and a day off.

What We’re Looking For

• You will be an experienced vehicle or roadside technician.
• You must have diagnostic equipment experience.
• You will have excellent fault‑finding and repair skills.
• You must have excellent customer‑facing skills.
• You will have a good level of IT competence.
• You must have a full driver’s licence.
• You will be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

Qualifications

• Manufacture apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds Technician Certificate, Parts I and II, NVQ/B‑Tech diploma.
