A well-established spirits merchant is seeking a Reward and Compensation Manager to lead their strategic agenda across all business units. The role involves managing the full reward cycle and ensuring compliance with payroll practices across multiple regions. You’ll work in collaboration with the Head of People and Senior People Business Partners to deliver an integrated approach to reward and compensation that ensures competitiveness, equity, enhances employee engagement, and enables an increase in overall Company performance.
