Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within retrofit, planned works or maintenance.
  • Background managing multi-trade works across occupied residential properties.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day delivery of retrofit and planned maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to meet productivity and KPI targets.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor onsite compliance and escalate issues promptly.
