Job summary

A leading environmental services provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to deliver retrofit services for social housing clients in the South and South East of England. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in retrofit assessments and be fully versed in the PAS2035 standards. This is a full-time, site-based permanent position with benefits including a fully expensed company van and additional annual leave for long service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience delivering retrofit assessments.
• Trustmark Accredited & Elmhurst Member.
• Fully versed in the PAS2035 standards.

The MSS Group (part of the RSK Group) is recruiting an experienced Retrofit Assessor, ideally Elmhurst Accredited, to deliver retrofit services for social housing clients in the South and South East of England. This is a full‑time, site based permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Retrofit Assessments in social housing properties in line with the current standard (PAS2035:2023).
• Ensure accuracy of data and high quality of reports using Elmhurst software.
• Be prepared to learn additional skills, such as ventilation testing.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience delivering retrofit assessments.
• Trustmark Accredited & Elmhurst Member.
• Fully versed in the PAS2035 standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Works well with others.
• Willing and able to travel away from home when required.
