A luxury retail brand in London is seeking a Retail Supervisor to drive sales and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, maintain high store standards, and nurture customer relationships. Experience in retail, preferably luxury, and strong leadership skills are essential for this full-time position, which works 5 days a week, including weekends.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Anya Hindmarch Village, for a Retail Supervisor. The Village consist of 6 stores on Pont street, and a flagship store on Sloane Street. The exciting and fast paced environment requires a charismatic Supervisor with a passion for retail and hospitality to ensure that every visitor to the Village or Sloane Street has an incredible customer experience. We are looking for someone who can support the General Retail Manager with wider retail projects, as well as providing support over rota-ed weekends.
Since launching in 2021 the Village has been at the heart of our retail activity with the close community of neighbouring stores.
Reporting to – General Retail Manager
Location – SW1X
Hours – 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
