Retail Sales Assistant – Asda Travel Money Advisor

Location: Radcliffe, Manchester, United Kingdom.

Job Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term Contract).

Hours per week: 24.

Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus.

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel needs.
• Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
• Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver on key performance goals that are procedural, operational and customer‑focused.
• Utilise a keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
• Implement best‑practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.
