The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Retail Programme Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of key retail initiatives across our national branch network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for driving operational excellence in retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of retail programmes, from concept and planning through to rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and manage project plans, workflows, communications, and training materials to support successful implementation across branches.
  • Analyse data and feedback to assess programme impact, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, customer experience enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branch teams, providing guidance, clarity, and support throughout programme delivery.
About You
  • Proven experience in retail project or programme management—preferably within automotive, trade, or fast-paced multi-site retail.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
  • Confident using project tools and systems to track progress and report clearly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
