As a Lead (Supervisor), dedication and commitment are fundamental. This critical role supports the store with back-of-house functions, working with the team to deliver all logistical requirements and to ensure the Sales team has a full range of product on offer to sell.

Responsibilities

• Support daily product re-stocking and stock maintenance.
• Ensure timely product turnaround from back-of-house to the sales floor.
• Assist the Logistics team to meet performance expectations.
• Drive logistics processes to enable sales targets and deliver financial results.
• Support the leadership team with Workplace Health & Safety and ensure safe practices at all times.

Availability

The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings across 7 fully flexible days.
