A well-known holiday company in the United Kingdom seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at their Eastern-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest satisfaction while managing budgetary considerations. Leadership and team development are crucial, as you will inspire and support your team members. Rajinda Pradesh is our contemporary Eastern-inspired restaurant serving freshly made dishes, from mild and creamy to rich and fiery using real ingredients inspired by tastes from India and across Asia.
This job is all about performance and reputation, and the stage is yours to firmly focus on guest satisfaction whilst keeping a watchful eye on the restaurant budget and tackling daily operational challenges head on. You will support with facilitating and developing a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team, whilst ensuring effective performance management strategies are in place and your team are actively contributing towards this.
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
