  • Advise Business Leaders, their leadership teams, and regional marketers on effective marketing and communications approaches and evolving marketing skills and capacity to support successful achievement of business plans and priorities.
  • Collaborate with global service and business marketers, regional marketers, the Global Pursuits and Global Client Leads, and communications and corporate affairs colleagues to ensure efficient, effective delivery of planned business marketing activity and alignment with client relationship management and priority pursuits plans.
  • Work with the Global Market Research Lead to commission market research that generates actionable insights and recommendations to inform business plans and priorities.
  • Build a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics, competitor positioning and client needs to inform marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with teams led by the Global Head of Business Growth and Systems, Global Marketing Strategy, Planning and Development, Global Head of Corporate Communications, and Global Head of Corporate Affairs and Partnerships to establish agreed metrics and a programme of regular reporting to support effective measurement and analysis of the reach and impact of business marketing.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of a marketing and communications scheduling system, working collaboratively with the Global Head of Corporate Communications to ensure scheduling supports our businesses.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
