A healthcare service provider is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join their team in Telford. This full-time position involves coordinating staff schedules and ensuring the right personnel are in place. The successful candidate will manage staffing requests, source appropriate cover, and provide administrative support to the team. The role offers a starting salary of £25,480 per annum and opportunities for career development in a supportive environment.
We have an opportunity as a Resource Coordinator to work as part of our close‑knit Resource Team on a full‑time basis. Working initially on a three‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC), there is a possibility of the role developing into a permanent one in the first quarter of 2026.

Working as part of the Resource Team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
