Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV systems desired but not essential.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor license required.
• Proficient in managing communication systems.

• Effective people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly perimeter checks and audits.
• Assist in reducing unsecured units on-site.
• Oversee weekly fire alarm checks.
• Serve as on-call Security Management.
• Refine site access policies.
• Support Gatehouse operations.
• Create policies for security and trespassing issues.
• Manage security for late-night events.
• Ensure exceptional customer service from the team.
• Maintain communication between teams.
• Ensure recruitment and training of staff.
• Maintain professional standards in guest interactions.
