A leading facilities management company based in Reading is searching for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee statutory compliance, manage budgets, and develop strong occupier relationships. This role requires effective management of service partners, as well as the capacity to ensure high standards of property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have IOSH/NEBOSH certifications, proven experience in residential facilities management, and excellent organizational skills. This full-time role offers a salary of GBP45,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven Residential Facilities Management experience required.
• Must possess a full, clean driving license.
• Fully IT literate and capable of utilizing various software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
• Monitor activity and update Property Manager on occupier changes.
• Review service partner performance and address shortcomings.

Skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Self–motivated and excellent interpersonal skills

Experienced in preparing Service Charge budgets

Understanding of the section 20 consultation process

Education

IOSH and/or NEBOSH certification

AIRPM or equivalent industry recognised qualification
