Job description

We are seeking an experienced full-time Residential Conveyancer to lead the growth of our residential conveyancing services in our Chichester office. This position is a fantastic opportunity to introduce and develop a new department in our Chichester office and to expand our business presence in the area.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident in managing a caseload independently and eager for the challenge. Excellent communication skills are essential to build relationships with clients, local agents and potential referrers. Ideally the candidate would be known in the local area and have existing relationships which would be reflected in the terms agreed.
