Required experience, skill and attributes

We’re looking for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with experience in residential conveyancing and a proven ability to manage their own caseload and meet financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• A strong track record of managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and digital case management systems
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, approachable working style
• A commitment to providing outstanding client care and building long-term client relationships
