Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly experienced residential property team. The team consists of 3 Residential Conveyancers and 3 support staff and due to growth we are looking for an experienced Conveyancer who will share our vision of providing consistently excellent service to clients. You will be working within a busy team that is a fully integrated part of a single site, full service, growing firm with an excellent reputation and client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and handle a variety of client work.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of high-quality conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers, new builds, leasehold and shared ownership transactions from instruction to completion.
• Deliver exceptional client service with a personal, responsive and professional approach, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate as part of a team within a single-site, full-service firm and contribute to the firm’s growth by building relationships with referrers and developing business opportunities.

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail in residential conveyancing.
