We are seeking an exceptional Rooms Reservations Sales Consultant - French Speaking to join Maybourne Reservations team based at Corporate Office.

As a Rooms Reservations Sales Consultant - French Speakingyour responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Making room reservations for The Maybourne Riviera, Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley to the required standards;
• To be fully conversant with all rates operated by each individual hotel and to sell them within the revenue management controls;
• Making room reservations for our hotels to the required standards;
• Use correcttelephone techniques when dealing with both internal and external customers and to maintain the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency whilst achieving the Maybourne Standards of Service on every call;
• To maximise room revenue through cross selling and up selling;
• To assist and aid the Restaurant Reservations team whenever possible;
• Creating renowned memorable experiences for our guests.

Successful candidates for our Rooms Reservations Sales Consultant - French Speakingopportunity will be:

• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories;
• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Maybourne and show a commitment to consistent quality in our products and services;
• Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, however this is not a prerequisite;
• Be aamate player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication auditorium; (Corrected to original sentence)
