The Brunel Business School conducts innovative and interdisciplinary research across three departments. We collaborate locally and internationally to address pressing societal issues. Our diverse research supports the development of engaged, capable, and informed individuals through public engagement and academic programs. Our research covers diverse topics including accounting, human resources, and strategy. Our academic staff investigates corporate governance, social responsibility, employment relations, information systems, corporate brands, international business, and more. Salary:

Research Assistant: Grade R1 from £36,640 to £38,638 per annum inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £39,682 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution. (Pro‑rata for Part‑time)

Research Fellow: Grade R1 from £40,757 to £44,179 per annum inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £47,921 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution. (Pro‑rata for Part‑time)

Hours: Full‑time

Contract Type: Fixed‑Term 11 months

Requirements
  • Fellow candidates should hold a PhD or near to completion in appropriate Discipline Operation Management, Management Science, Operation Research, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial engineering
  • Assistant candidates (MSc/BSc) are also welcome.
