You must be a qualified actuary to apply and have the right to work in the UK.The role is based in their UK Head Office in Dorking.* You’ll lead on actuarial reporting – owning key outputs like Solvency II results, balance sheets, P&L and regulatory submissions.* You will be a key point of contact for Stakeholders – turning complex actuarial and financial data into clear, meaningful insights.* A big part of the role is communication – explaining technical concepts confidently to both actuarial and non-actuarial audiences.* You’ll help grow the team by coaching and mentoring trainees, contributing to a strong, supportive, high-performing culture.* And finally, you’ll help shape the future of how the team works – driving improvements, innovation, and transformation in actuarial systems and reporting.Oliver James have been partnered with this business for a long time, and the feedback we get from our candidates is unmatched.
