Base: Within area of operation – East

Areas Covered: M25 Corridor, Milton Keynes and Suffolk

Hours: Full time – 35 Hours per week (Permanent)

Reporting to: Senior Repairs Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repairs Surveyor to join our team. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting, managing, and overseeing the delivery of repairs and maintenance services for our properties. You will play a key role in ensuring that our homes are safe, well‑maintained, and meet the highest standards. This will include responsive, cyclical and major repairs to both tenanted and void properties.

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional who has sound knowledge of building and Health and Safety at work legislation and practices. You’ll have previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a social housing setting. You will be part a small team and travelling frequently, so time‑management and good organisational skills will help you plan out your work.

Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential for this role. You will need to be calm in your nature and confident in your practices. You will have a HNC in construction or building, access to a vehicle and a clean driving licence is essential as well as a clear enhanced DBS.
