Qualifications

  • Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent.
  • Ideally, previous experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean equipment following proper training.
  • Prepare supplies and packs for treatment.
  • Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
  • Escort patients to clinical and waiting areas.
  • Serve refreshments during treatments.
