Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Helix HR model or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Support the implementation of the Helix HR model.
  • Manage HR administrative processes for onboarding and exits.

Skills

CIPD Level 5 qualification
Strong generalist HR background
Knowledge of the Helix HR model
Understanding of UK employment law
Experience with HR systems
Ability to manage sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with HR transformation
Familiarity with compliance training
Exposure to employee engagement tools
