Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified CBT Therapist to join their Careline team. This full-time position allows you to deliver tailored CBT interventions via video or phone, assisting individuals with mental health concerns and personal recovery. Qualifications

• Experience of assessment, formulation and risk assessment, using routine clinical outcome measures.
• Demonstrable experience in psychological therapy/mental health services across a broad range of mental health disorders.
• Awareness of occupational health and/or working with private medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial telephone consultations for employees and dependants contacting the Careline service.
• Contribute to rehabilitation and case management services for personal injury market and corporate sector.
• Provide tailored 1:1 CBT interventions via secure telephone or video link.
• Offer and receive peer supervision within the team.
