Job schedule: Full time, 42.5 hours a week, 08:00 to 17:00 Monday – Friday, Permanent

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing remedial team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor through regular 1:1s and performance reviews, while identifying skills gaps and delivering targeted training to help your team grow.
  • Champion safety and compliance, ensuring every project meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Collaborate across departments, working closely with operations and estimation teams to ensure seamless handovers and alignment.
  • Plan and oversee remedial works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying trends, root causes, and implementing proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, making strategic purchasing decisions and negotiating with suppliers to optimise cost and quality.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, forecast resource needs, and make strategic decisions that support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and risk registers to ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and maximise operational efficiency.

  • Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fabric). An HNC/HND in Building Services is a plus.
  • Safety First – NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification preferred but not essential.
