Job Role: ReliefCleaning Operative

Pay: £12.60per hour (as per site rate)

Location: MarlandsShopping Centre, Southampton, SO14 7SJ

Reporting to: ContractsManager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services,for an experienced cleaner to join the cleaning team at the Marlands ShoppingCentre in Southampton.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and customer service in a busy retailenvironment. You will be part of a supportive and professional team, working toensure the centre remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors andtenants.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a rangeof cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must beable to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicateon all levels and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and whenrequired.

Duties include:

• Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the site instructions
  
• Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed ofcorrectly
  
• Attending to spillages by making sure they are cleaned up,within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site and staffsafety
  
• Following H&S and COSHH regulations
  
• Use of site-specific equipment, machinery and handlingchemicals
  
• Proactive interaction with on-site clients and customers,offering superb customer service.

Requirements

• An understanding of COSHH
