Role Purpose

As the Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead the day‑based engineering team and coordinators. You will be accountable for the site reliability strategy, driving engineering reliability plans through people, process, and plant models to optimise site performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead as the engineering reliability budget owner: plan, organise, and deliver maintenance activities within agreed budget parameters.
  • Work with procurement, operations, and suppliers to identify and support productivity and cost saving initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvements within maintenance programmes.
  • Manage critical spares, inventory control, and inbound/outbound processes to improve performance.
  • Ensure all site safety best practices are adhered to by the team and contractors.
About You – What You’ll Bring
  • Engineering degree or equivalent, or recognised engineer through the apprentice route with relevant expertise.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within food or FMCG environments.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and performance insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and control systems such as Rockwell, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens.
  • Solid understanding of equipment reliability techniques and their benefits.
