Join Our Dynamic Team at Rosemary Ward Melbury Lodge

Are you a passionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for an exciting new challenge We have two fantastic permanent positions for enthusiastic professionals to join our vibrant multi disciplinary team at Rosemary Ward part of the renowned Melbury Lodge in Winchester

Melbury Lodge is home to four specialist wards

Rosemary Ward supporting up to 13 acute female patients

Sherwood Ward caring for up to 13 acute male patients

Snowdrop Ward Older Person Mental Health

Clover Ward Mother and Baby

We provide high quality care for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis offering a safe and supportive environment to aid recovery.

As a valued member of our team you will play a key role in leading and delivering exceptional care on Rosemary Ward We are looking for an RMN who is committed to empowering service users and their families throughout their recovery journey

To support staff in this new role a two week supernumerary induction period on the ward will be offered to ensure you are given the support and training needed to excel in this role You will also receive clinical supervision regularly alongside reflective practice to ensure you are supported in a variety of ways for this role
