A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a Children’s Residential Care Home in Hereford. The role offers an annual salary of £60,000 and requires strong leadership skills, with a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care and preferably a Level 5. Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young people requiring complex care
Home; Number of Beds: 3-bed complex care home
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred)
Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role in the last 5 years
