Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in residential care for children within the last 5 years.
• Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations.

Salary: Starting at £50,000 + yearly Bonus and Ofsted Bonus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling required

Service Users/Home: Solo Home, Complex

Qualifications Required

• Level 3 in Children's Residential or equivalent
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s and Young People’s Service)

Required Experience

• At least 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years
• Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations
