About You
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete.
  • At least two years’ experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
  • Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma‑informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
