Job summary

A family-run care provider based in Fife is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage services across Fife and Perthshire, support a team of over 75 carers, and ensure quality and compliance with Care Inspectorate standards. This position offers autonomy, strategic input, and career development opportunities. Successful candidates will possess an SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care and strong leadership skills.
