Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services 🌟

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £45,827.60 – £52,407.07 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Children & Young People with Autism and/or Neurodiverse Needs (EBD, LD, ASD)

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a role relevant to residential childcare, and at least 1 year supervising/managing staff in a care setting

  • Promote exceptional outcomes for children and young people
  • Model empathy, patience, and strong communication in all interactions

You must have a genuine passion for working with autistic and/or neurodiverse young people and a track record of effective leadership in residential childcare.
