A regional charity organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Registered Manager for a new children's home. In this role, you will lead a passionate team and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering an inclusive environment for autistic and neurodiverse young people. Salary: £45,827.60 – £52,407.07 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Children & Young People with Autism and/or Neurodiverse Needs (EBD, LD, ASD)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a role relevant to residential childcare, and at least 1 year supervising/managing staff in a care setting
