A well-established children's care provider in Stockport is seeking a Hybrid Registered Manager for their Children’s Home. Candidates should possess a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and have at least 3 years of experience in residential childcare, including supervisory roles. Responsibilities include leading a therapeutic environment and mentoring staff. The role offers a salary of £55,000 – £70,000, performance bonuses, and progression opportunities.
Job Title: Hybrid Registered Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per year (inclusive of performance bonuses)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – Minimum 25 hours per week at the home)
Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience and qualifications
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect
